Tokyo Lobby: Experience Authentic Japanese Cuisine and Sushi in Hacienda Heights

This place offers amazing value for the price and outstanding quality. It’s a perfect spot for family dining, and I truly enjoyed a delicious meal with my 6-year-old son. Thanks to the friendly staff and their detailed explanations, we were able to dine comfortably and feel well taken care of. Parking is very convenient with a spacious lot. The environment is very family-friendly, with a large hall that makes it easy to move around with a wheelchair or stroller. The unlimited service was absolutely delightful, and even the final ice cream service was included — a perfect ending to the meal. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Great service, friendly staff. It's a childhood favorite of mine and has gone through changes. Pretty good value still with big portions that justify the new prices. Maybe it was the time of day I went but the fish was not as fresh as I remembered. The cooked items were as good as I remember. We had two bento boxes with sashimi, chicken, salmon and tempura and hand rolls. Would go back again for the nostalgia and for the cooked items.

Extremely large portion sizes here. I'm a big guy and I couldn't finish my Chicken/Beef Teriyaki plate. The beef teriyaki here is some of the best I've had in ages; tender and flavorful. Amazing miso soup, too. Salty but not too salty. The lighting and decor inside leaves some to be desired, as it is very bright. Didn't detract hugely from the experience but I wouldn't have minded a bit more visual flair here or there. All in all, great service and great food. I will be returning here very soon, no doubt!

This restaurant is the go-to for our family dinners and celebrations. They used to have a location in San Gabriel but have since closed. We are lucky we still have this location to go to. The teriyaki chicken is the best I have ever tasted. My family likes to order the sauce and put it on rice. They also have a small dessert menu but it's a good one! Try their fried ice cream!

The food is great. Their combination plates are delicious with many combinations to choose from. They have been here a long time since the 80s when we started eating here and they never disappoint. That long a time in servise shows they provide a good delicious meal.

I got the combo of chicken teriyaki + tempura + sushi. Their sushi is fresh and definitely worth to eat here! The price is super reasonable and their portions never changed! They do have lunch specials so do call in to ask if you want to try it out. The interior is clean and the staffs were so nice. I usually place a phone order, so I walk in and they have you pay. Usually within 5 min, you’ll get your order! It’s pretty quick!

The food was delicious, ordered New York, chicken, tempura and shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp tempura roll was the best. Came with salad (awesome dressing) and miso soup, white rice and ice cream at the end. I liked the vanilla ice cream more than the green tea

Service had some opportunities on a Monday around noon. Food was good! Ordered octopus Nigiri and dragon roll (imitation crab roll topped with broiled eel). UPDATE: Most recent visit still brought good food and an enjoyable experience! Service was much better on a Sunday afternoon
